About Us

The Animal Protective Foundation promotes and protects the human-animal bond by providing resources to our community and humane care to companion animals. The Animal Protective Foundation is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation (EIN 14-0472728). Our funding comes from the generosity of individuals, businesses, and private and government grants. We also generate revenue by providing pet spay/neuter services, adopting out shelter pets to loving families, providing compassionate end-of-life care for pets and their families, and contracting with municipal Animal Control Departments to accept stray cats and dogs.
